МЕТОД ПРОТИРИЗИКОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ СТЕЙКХОЛДЕРАМИ ПРОЄКТІВ ВІТРОЕНЕРГЕТИКИ

Для ефективного управління проєктами вітроенергетики, які перебувають в динамічному турбулентному середовищі, потрібна постійна інтегруюча діяльність всіх стейкхолдерів таких проєктів та врахування й балансування їх можливостей і загроз. В роботі розглянуті сучасні дослідження та підходи щодо управління стейкхолдерами проєктів. Проаналізовано методи і механізми управління стейкхолдерами проєктів вітроенергетики, виявлені їх слабкі сторони, визначені основні проблеми та чинники, що впливають на їх управління. Виявлено особливості стейкхолдерів проєктів вітроенергетики, які призводять до невизначеностей і втрат. Розроблено метод протиризикового управління стейкхолдерами проєктів вітроенергетики, який враховує можливі стани системи взаємодії можливостей і загроз стейкхолдерів за значеннями їх балансів ризиків. Цей метод дає змогу підвищити ефективність прийняття управлінських рішень шляхом зменшення високих та середніх загроз для загрозливих стейкхолдерів.Посилання
