Теоретико-методичні засади управління міжнародними проєктами в закладах вищої освіти

Проведено аналіз сучасного стану і тенденцій системи вищої освіти відповідно до Стратегії розвитку вищої освіти в Україні на 2022 – 2032 рр. Визначено, що вектор на інтернаціоналізацію вищої освіти України передбачає реалізацію міжнародних проєктів закладами вищої освіти з метою забезпечення вимог для визнання українських освітніх кваліфікацій в Європі та світі, імплементацією іноземного освітнього досвіду, забезпечення динамічного зростання кількості іноземних студентів в Україні та адаптації випускників закладів вищої освіти до життя та роботи в мультикультурному середовищі. Визначено, що застосування методології управління проєктами є дієвим інструментом для досягнення поставлених цілей. Отже, виявлено, що у наукових роботах недостатньо приділено уваги міжнародним проєктам у закладах вищої освіти, а саме проведення освітньої програми для іноземних студентів з метою здобуття ними освітнього рівня бакалавра, магістра або наукового ступеня доктора філософії, у зв’язку з чим проведення подальшого дослідження вбачається в розробці нових інструментів для успішної реалізації таких проєктів у сучасних реаліях. Крім того, наведено теоретично-методичні засади управління міжнародними проєктами в закладах вищої освіти та означено типові види таких проєктів. Наголошено, що в реаліях сьогодення використання ІТ технологій та принципи роботи розподілених команд є вагомими аспектами для успішної реалізації міжнародних проєктів. Визначено основні зацікавлені сторони типових міжнародних проєктів надання освітніх послуг іноземним студентам закладами вищої освіти. Відзначено, що з метою знищення ризиковості міжнародних проєктів є необхідність визначення та врахування різниці в ментальності і культурі зацікавлених сторін таких проєктів, а також запропоновано заходи для проведення аналізу крос-культурних відмінностей.
